The name, e-mail address and phone number you provide when using this tool will be processed for the purpose of managing the fault report process. The data will be held for 1 year through this tool. This will also be provided to the helpdesk for the project so that they are able to process the fault. If you require the privacy policy for the FM helpdesk please contact either the helpdesk or the Trust estates team.
